These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the uujili platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wagers.
These six areas form the core of the uujili Terms & Conditions. Full legal text follows below — please read each section in detail.
You must be at least 21 years old to register and play at uujili, consistent with PAGCOR regulations. Account holders must reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawfully permitted.
uujili supports GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200. uujili charges zero fees on withdrawals. KYC verification is required before first cashout.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and time limits stated at the time of offer. uujili reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers. Bonus abuse, including collusion and multi-accounting, results in account termination.

Important Notice. By accessing, registering an account with, or placing any wager on the uujili platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and uujili. By completing the registration process, accessing your Account, or placing any wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be unconditionally bound by them.
These Terms must be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the entire agreement between you and uujili.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that third party to these Terms. In all cases, each individual User must have their own separate registered Account — the use of a single Account on behalf of multiple persons is prohibited.
uujili reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated via a notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
Age Restriction — 21 Years Minimum. In strict compliance with PAGCOR's regulatory requirements for online gaming in the Philippines, all users of the uujili Platform must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during account use. Providing false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.
To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with uujili, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
uujili reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such proof within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of Account access and withholding of balances pending review.
To access real-money gaming services on the uujili Platform, you must create a registered Account. Each eligible person may hold only one (1) Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different identity details, is a prohibited practice that will result in all associated Accounts being permanently terminated and all balances being forfeited.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and active email address. You undertake to keep this information updated at all times. uujili shall not be liable for losses or delays arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. All activity conducted through your Account is deemed authorised by you, and you accept full responsibility for such activity. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify uujili support immediately via the 24/7 live chat facility.
uujili recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your Account that is not reused across other platforms. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended. uujili will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to uujili support.
In compliance with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations, uujili is required to verify the identity of all Account holders prior to processing their first withdrawal. This verification process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC).
To complete KYC, you will be required to submit clear copies of one or more of the following government-issued Philippine identification documents:
uujili may additionally request proof of payment method ownership (such as a screenshot of the GCash account registered in your name) and, for elevated transactions, proof of source of funds. All documents submitted for KYC are processed and stored in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).
Verification typically completes within 24 to 48 hours of document submission during regular business hours. uujili reserves the right to suspend withdrawal access pending successful KYC completion and to conduct enhanced due diligence where required by applicable regulations.
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. uujili does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. uujili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network outages.
Withdrawals may only be requested to a payment method that (a) is registered in your name, (b) matches the payment method used for deposits where applicable, and (c) has been verified by uujili's payments team. uujili reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals from Bonus Balance are subject to applicable wagering requirements; only winnings derived from completed wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
In compliance with Republic Act 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended, uujili monitors all transactions for suspicious activity. uujili is legally obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. Attempting to use the uujili Platform for money laundering or any form of financial crime will result in immediate account termination, full regulatory reporting, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
uujili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Account holders from time to time. All bonuses are discretionary and subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer. General conditions applying to all uujili bonuses include:
Each game available on the uujili Platform is governed by its own set of game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.
All automated games on the uujili Platform — including slots, RNG table games, and video poker — use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that produces statistically independent and unpredictable outcomes. The RNG is tested and certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. The outcome of any automated game cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by bet size, previous game outcomes, Account status, or any other factor.
uujili publishes the certified Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game in the game information panel. RTP figures represent the long-run theoretical average payout across a statistically significant number of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Actual results in any given session will vary from the published RTP.
Live dealer games are facilitated by licensed streaming studios using physical dealing equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice). All live dealer games are subject to the specific rules of the game type in addition to the general platform Terms. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live dealer game, the outcome of the round already in progress will be determined by the game's internal state at the point of disconnection. uujili is not liable for losses resulting from network outages outside its control.
In the event of a manifest error or system malfunction — including but not limited to incorrect odds displayed, game client errors, or server failures — uujili reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Account holders concerned. uujili's decision regarding the handling of game errors is final. A malfunction voids all pays and play.
Zero Tolerance. uujili operates a strict zero-tolerance policy for the conduct listed in this section. Violations will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities where required.

All content on the uujili Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game content, graphics, text, audio, video, design elements, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of uujili or its licensed third-party content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes, in accordance with these Terms. You are expressly prohibited from:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, uujili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunity, or reputational harm, even if uujili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
uujili's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of all claims arising from a single incident shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Balance held in the User's Account at the time the claim arises, or ₱10,000, whichever is greater.
uujili does not guarantee the uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of the Platform. Maintenance, updates, and circumstances beyond uujili's reasonable control may occasionally affect Platform availability. uujili will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Users of planned maintenance downtime in advance.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit uujili's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your uujili Account, gaming outcome, transaction, or the application of these Terms, you should first contact the uujili support team via the 24/7 live chat facility, providing full details of the dispute and any supporting evidence. uujili will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours and aims to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
If you are not satisfied with uujili's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to the uujili Compliance Team at the contact details set out in Section 16. uujili will conduct a formal internal review and communicate the final decision within 15 business days.
In the event that a complaint cannot be resolved through internal processes, regulatory escalation options available through PAGCOR may be pursued where applicable to the nature of the dispute. uujili will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation conducted by PAGCOR or other competent Philippine authorities.
uujili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting of the updated Terms on the Platform. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — uujili will provide notice via a prominent banner on the Platform and by email to your registered address at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change.
Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure by contacting uujili support. Any funds remaining in your Real Money Balance at the time of closure (net of any applicable unmet wagering requirements on Bonus Balances) will be returned to you via your verified payment method.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to: Republic Act 9487 (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation Charter), Republic Act 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended, Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), and the Civil Code of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution procedures set out in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines, which is where PAGCOR's principal office is located and where the regulatory oversight of the Platform is anchored.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect legitimate interests pending resolution of the underlying dispute.
